“We respectfully acknowledge the Province of Newfoundland & Labrador, of which the City of St. John’s is the capital City, as the ancestral homelands of the Beothuk.     That pursuant to the powers vested in it under the City of St. John’s Act, RSNL 1990, c. C17, as amended and all other powers enabling it, that Council adopt the following amendment to the St. John's Sanitation Regulations By-Law:

    Section 14(b) of the by-law is a repealed and replaced with the following:
    “14. (b) 60 centimetres by 60 centimetres by 30 centimetres in dimension.”

    2. Reject the applicant’s proposal to not use fibre cement panels on the zig-zag part of the north elevation, as approved by Council, and replace it with the vinyl Sagiper Sagirev product.
